On April 11, We talked about a new antivirus software called BitDefender for *nix here. But unfortunately to add bitdefender scan options to nautilus, you have to compile a couple stuff at /opt/BitDefender-scanner/share/integration to get the integration working. This means you have to download tons of dev files. Some ubuntu users from ubuntuforums, including me, sent a couple of e-mails to Bitdefender developers and got debian packages for this nautilus extension .
I386 Package :
$wget -c https://dl.getdropbox.com/u/612498/nautilus-bitdefender_1.0.0-1_i386.deb
X86_64 Package :
$wget -c https://dl.getdropbox.com/u/612498/nautilus-bitdefender_1.0.0-1_amd64.deb
Install it via double clicking to the deb or
$sudo dpkg -i nautilus-bitdefender_1.0.0-1_amd64.deb
command.Do not forget to change the file name, the example is for 64 bit one.Now you can right click to a file or folder and scan via Bitdefender.
PS : I have only tested i386 package on Ubuntu Jaunty, however 64 bit users reported that 64 bit package works also fine.
