Compiz 0.8.2 is Released

Compiz 0.8.2 is released!This is the first stable release of 0.8.x series.You can find the changelog here . I tested compiz 0.8.2 at Ubuntu Jaunty and works like a charm.Let's add compiz repository to our list :


$sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list





And add the compiz repository change jaunty with your version, intrepid, gutsy, hardy etc) :

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/compiz/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main

Then update your list :

$sudo apt-get update
